Crankworx 2014 is coming to Whistler and ready to bring together mountain biking fans of all ages! The celebration runs from August 8th to 17th, and is an amazing time to check out the Whistler Village with your family and friends.
My family gets super excited for Crankworx every summer. There are a ton of family-friendly events added to this years’ celebration, including the addition of Familyworx, as well as the growing lineup of kids races for Kidsworx. My daughter pumped for the Jeep Kids’ Course that’s also new this year!
“Crankworx is not just about watching the pros – it’s about bringing people together to celebrate mountain bike culture,” says Crankworx GM Darren Kinnaird. “We’re into our second decade, and many of the athletes and fans that have been coming out to Crankworx since the beginning have kids now and want to be able to share this love with them. Crankworx is for the whole family and is about soaking up Whistler’s mountain culture and summer spirit.”
